they dont entertained withdrawal request. I try withdraw my money. Until now I did not receive my money. Imagine more than 1 month they delaying my withdrawal request

Don't know about everyone else but i myself have been treated by GIGFX better than other broker firms even though they were regulated. There are hundreds of Forex company's that are not regulated but still they present excellent services such as GIGFX in my personal opinion. I must agree with Mr Ahmed were he says in his post that you will always find satisfied and unsatisfied traders. I have great history with GIGFX and their service is great. I strongly recommend GIGFX and i ask GIGFX to keep its excellent service. I felt obliged to make this post cause readers must read as well that there are satisfied clients and can guarantee that they are more than the unsatisfied ones.

I personally have been trading with GIGFX for over 8 month. I must admit that I only once faced a small problem with them when I was delayed approximately 8 days to receive my funds, but after I was told from my local bank that the reason for the delay was on our side I immediately without any hesitation I officially apologized to GIGFX. Big or small brokers, regulated or not you will always find and read complains from traders that are not satisfied and accuse them of scams. I read on many forums traders accusing GIGFX of being scam and I would like to ask the following: incase GIGFX is really a scam as many say then why does GIGFX bothers in replying to nearly all posts and tries to clear its position? I tell you why. Simply they are not scam, but traders that do not respect brokers trading terms and conditions they should be the ones to be as called “thieves”. Why did I never accuse them myself of anything and as its clear there are many users happy with GIGFX as I am. I conclude: The way you expect GIGFX or any other Forex company respect you and your funds, you surely must respect in return their terms and conditions as life is equal.

It’s truly miserable to observe an individual who had somehow benefited thousands of dollars from GIGFX and just settles on with no adequate reasons just to damage GIGFX. What is his factual basis for his actions?. Yes we did get a warning from CYSEC. CYSEC is a very well respected regulator and they have harsh conditions. For his own information we are in the process to be regulated. In addition, all clients withdrawals are well respected and withdrawn.
Once a joint venture with an IB is merged, we have a discussion to their business plan. Their business plan is studied cautiously after been officially approved by GIGFX, which in return supports and encourages that plan to succeed. Plenty of assurances and plenty of positive tasks are released by the IB, however when points in time with month after month passes, nothing appears to be functioning according to their points. In conclusion, any broker partnership that does not correspond with the contract that has been discussed, a termination requires ceasing all business activities. Is this the real cause for his bombshell behavior?

At the end of the day our main priorities is to present all our clients with primary services .We are truly operating a great extent support as well as presenting to our newest products to all our valued clients.
