I had the misfortune to believe the marketing hype about this company and was gullible enough to believe their Web Site announcing in Bold letters that they offered narrow spreads !!!! Don't believe it, look further in the small print for the true situation.

My Broker was very friendly before I signed up but afterwards was of no use at all regarding my complaints regarding wide spreads and slow responses. " Send an e-mail to Support" was the only answer to my queries.

It seems a coincidence but when 'Scalping' often the delay and requests for re-conformation on trades were totally unacceptable and incurred me in a number of losses that would otherwise have been profitable.

Excuse was always 'volatile market' !!!!!! Funny that system response was never ever delayed to my advantage.......

Customer service have a line in technical verbiage, rather than a conciliatory response one would expect from a professional company.

Use theses cowboys at your peril.

Do NOT trade with this broker. I have been very profitable with this broker till a point where they banned my execution speed. More importantly, there are spikes and messy charts. They don't have any explanations and they don't appear to fix trades. I had a trade that was randomly taken out by a 65pip spike on EURCHF, with no explanations at all. Their customer service was so impolite!!! Always be happy to throw a few bucks into a new broker to give them a shot but not this ultimate scam. Many great ones out there - regulated or not regulated!

Not good regoulation , cheating people because they trust them , they are like HYpe investment , afew money back and in the last eating all capital and have a answer term of business you agree in open an account , any way they are cheating trader and i thing like an SCAM hype program , KEEP AWAY from them and dont give your money under their hand (big money ) Just trade with NFA , FSC regoulation broker , Alpari LZ limited or alpari ru is not safe they cheating my 2500 USD in just 12 hour whit no position. dont trust them they looking to your hand to deposit and eating your money in a second don't looking show in new promotion or new prise all of them back to them self after a few trade and if you was a great trader they open an position when you are not online and loss your money and when you ask about how they show your login and password and tell you in the term of business you sign every thing , i Think Alpari ru = alpari-idc = alpary nz = Scam
